Weekend in Leiden

For the first time in ages I spent a weekend in Leiden again, and it was good! Time really flies when you're having fun :)

On Saturday my very youthful aunt Annemiek came over to shop. We didn't find the kind of dress she wanted, but we did find some nice incense. We had a good day though, even though we couldn't satisfy our shopping needs. On Sunday the shops were open as well and I needed a few things (a nice laundry basket and a new dustbin) I ended up with a new pair of boots, three skirts, a top, 2 photo albums, a multi purpose tool and no laundry basket or dustbin :) After my girly mood I decided to try to fix a flat tyre on my second bike. I more or less succeeded, I fixed the hole but when I had to put the tyre back on the wheel I managed to puncture it again. I didn't have time to fix that hole because I was going to have dinner at Steve's place. I'm back home now, and I can't believe the weekend has gone by so fast! Actually I still have plenty of things to do (fix bike, the dishes, put a button on a jacket, sort out a lot of photos etc..) but I'm so tired (for some odd reason my body finds it necessary to wake up at 8.15 in the weekend) and there's an entertaining film on (Blue Crush, it isn't exactly the best film in the world, but some great water shots).
