Jack Johnson in Amsterdam

Jack Johnson performed in the Heineken Music Hall last Friday. This venue seems way too big for Johnson's relaxed and intimate campfire songs, but it worked! (perhaps because I was standing only 10 yards from the stage ;))

The support acts (ALO and Matt Costa) were extremely good as well, creating a fantastic, relaxed atmospere. Especially Zach Gill, the pianist from ALO who also played with JJ made this a performance to remember. He's just so laidback and plays technically so well, I wish there were more artists like him.
To be honest though, everyone on stage (and in the audience) enjoyed themselves, like one big beach party...in a black box. I'm longing for summer (and JJ's next concert).
